Carl Herrlich

Carl Herrlich (drums) Sinds 1972 drummer in talrijke rock-/fusion-/funk-/jazzformaties. 1979 studie aan de muziekacademies van Keulen/Aken in de richting saxofoon. Sinds 1982 saxofonist in bigbands, combo's en eigen projecten. Sinds 2010 weer vooral actief als drummer, onder andere bij de door hem opgerichte jazzformatie “Colours”. Docent aan de muziekschool Erftstadt voor saxofoon/drums/keyboard. Leider van verschillende ensembles; afdelingshoofd jazz/pop/rock.
